At Vidhyarthi Stationers, we try to process and ship orders quickly. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel your order only before it is processed or shipped.
Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us through phone or WhatsApp and share your Order ID and order details.
3. Cancellation Approval
All cancellation requests are checked based on the order status.
If the order has not been processed, we may approve the cancellation.
If the order is already processed or shipped, the cancellation request may be rejected.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved before shipping, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
5. Orders Cancelled by Us
In some cases, Vidhyarthi Stationers may cancel an order due to:
- Product being out of stock
- Wrong pricing or product details
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraudulent order
- Delivery not available in your area
If we cancel your order after payment, the refund will be processed accordingly.
6. Non-Cancellable Orders
Some orders may not be cancelled, such as:
- Special or custom orders
- Bulk orders
- Orders already packed or shipped
